Accomplishment

Successful Franchise Expansion with 2 Outlets at SG Airport

In December 2017, we proudly launched two dining establishments within the 'SORA' dining area at Terminal 2 of Changi Airport. Our establishments have become a popular choice, not only among airport travelers but also among airport staff, local residents, and a diverse range of customers.

In 2018, our innovative concept of uniting Japanese dining experiences under one roof in Singapore, along with our adaptive initiatives tailored to local preferences, garnered significant acclaim. We were honored to receive the 'Regional Winner, Asia Pacific' award in the 'NEW FOOD & BEVERAGE CONCEPT OF THE YEAR' category at the Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference and Awards 2018.

Consulting Achievement through the 'Tuna King' Menu Offering

By incorporating our premium maguro into your offerings, you can feature menu items aligned with our dining brand. Furthermore, we organize training sessions aimed at transferring expertise and skills in the areas of thawing, precision cutting, and other essential techniques specific to handling our maguro.

1. When it comes to serving 'raw' delicacies like sashimi and sushi, we readily disseminate our know-how encompassing adept handling, precise trimming, meticulous cutting, and proficient management practices.

2. In the context of grilled or fried dishes, we offer comprehensive guidance on selecting the most suitable 'cuts' and mastering the precise cooking methods required.

3. Our commitment extends to being responsive to specific requests, including conducting refresher training sessions for kitchen staff who have previously received training but have since left the company.

Maguro Management Study Sessions

We offer on-site visits to our clients' establishments and host workshops at our own locations, sharing our proprietary techniques for thawing, trimming, and cutting frozen maguro. This not only enriches the knowledge of our chefs but also minimizes waste and elevates the quality of the dishes they serve.

Maguro Tasting Events and Anatomy Workshops

Experience the quality of our maguro through tasting sessions at our dining establishments. These sessions provide insights into the maguro's unique characteristics, explanations of its various cuts, and personalized cooking methods and serving recommendations for each cut.

We offer these initiatives as support for
our clients' chefs and staff to become maguro professionals.
